No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases, whether in-store or online. This helps us maintain fair inventory practices and ensures the quality of products for all customers.
Exchange or Store Credit Within 30 Days
You may exchange an item or receive store credit within 30 days of your original purchase date. To be eligible:
You must present your receipt or proof of purchase.The item must meet the conditions outlined below.
Items Must Be Unopened, Unused, and in Original Packaging
All items must be:
→ In new condition (in their original packaging, including tags and labels)
→ Unwound or unaltered, especially for yarn
Items that appear used, damaged, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
No Returns or Exchanges on Needles and Tools
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on needles, crochet hooks, or similar tools. We encourage you to double-check sizes and materials before purchasing.
Yarn Returns: Must Be in Original Skein or Braid
Yarn must remain in its original format—typically a skein, hank, or braid—and must not be wound into a ball or otherwise altered.
Once yarn has been wound or used, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Online Orders: Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping costs
associated with returning items for store credit or exchange.We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We do not offer return shipping labels.
Store Credit Process
In place of a traditional exchange, we may issue a store credit in the form of a digital gift card, which can be used online or in-store. This gives you the flexibility to choose something else on your own time.
