Killer Queen Shawl or Cowl - In Shop Only

Back by popular demand! Pick your favorite pattern Shawl or Cowl? Choose a main color and combine it with a pop of contrasting color for texture and you've got a recipe for the Killer Queen Shawl or Cowl. Both are knitted up in DK/ light worsted weight yarn. There are lovely DK yarns to choose from in the shop as well as Malabrigo Rios a light worsted weight yarn that pairs well with DK yarns. Both of these projects exude cozy luxury. Either one are a great intermediate color work project. Basic knitting skills knit & purl are required. You will learn slipped stitches: slip with yarn in back, slip with yarn in front, pass slipped stitch over, knit front knit back, knit front knit back knit front, knit 2 together, knit 3 together back loop. And the same slipped stitch patterning makes the color work easy. Get a gorgeous color work look but you only ever use one color in a row, so there is no stranding and the asymmetrical triangle shape keeps it fabulously modern. Come join us in the shop for this super fun and beautiful project.
