Jewel Dragon
In Chinese culture, the dragon represents good luck, strength, health and also the male element yang. The dragon is unique because it is the only mythical creature of all the animals in the Chinese Zodiac. This gorgeous modtular patchwork knitted scarf celebrates the spirit of 2024 the year of the Dragon!
You will use Short row wrap & turn shaping to create striped color work dragon scales in a beautiful contrasting color and a main color background. Basic knitting skills required, cast on, knit & purl. Knitted from the bottom up in fingering yarn, this one is certainly a jewel to add to your wardrobe or for gifting. Malabrigo Sock yarn is perfect for this project!
