Crochet Pattern Reading - In Shop Only
Crochet has it's own language within the English language and this class is the next step to develop confident crochet skills after taking Crochet 101. You've been thinking of buying a crochet pattern, yet one thing stops you, how to read them? If they just don't make sense, well then, this class is for you! In this class you will level up your crochet knowledge allowing you to confidently tackle crochet patterns found in books, magazines or on the website Ravelry.com . In this two part class you will learn to read a written or charted crochet pattern. Learn the difference between US and UK terminology, and crochet symbols. The instructor will be teaching from a pattern by Joanne Scrase called the Humbug Scarf. Basic crochet knowledge required: chaining, single crochet and double crochet. You will learn the puff stitch, and much more!

NOTE: PLEASE come early to pick your materials and have them wound before class begins. You are more than welcome to come any day before the class. Any of the staff will be more than happy to help you with your yarn choices and get you prepared for class at your convenience.
