So Summer Shirt - In Shop Only
Looking for something cute and light to knit for summer?
So Summer Shirt with it's turned hems and a perfectly relaxed round neck, it makes for a casual and easy to wear top that is size inclusive from XS up to 5X. Can easily be adjusted to a longer length if you prefer, purchase a little extra yarn? Go plain or jazz it up with stripes, it’s up to you. So get creative or keep it vanilla. Use fingering yarn in cotton or one of many merino yarns we have to choose from. Basic knitting skills are required for this class including how to cast-on, knit, and purl. You will learn knitting in the round, ribbing, if desired, increasing, holding stitches, three needle bind off, wet blocking. Construction is from the bottom up, worked separately for the front and back, and seamed at shoulders. Spoiler there is also a pattern for So Summer Shorts to go with this top! But that will be for another class. So come join us and add this sweet summer tee to your wardrobe.

MC- Fingering yarn (432-540 yds) to (852-1065 yds)
US 5, 3.75 mm needles circular (main body)
US 3, 3.25 mm needles circular
(optional, used for ribbed finishes only)
Stitch markers
Scrap yarn or stitch holders
Extra needle for 3-needle bind off
Tapestry needle to weave in ends
